how come that link says to only use 180,320wet, 400 wet when mark and another persons screen name nazzz went all the way to 2000?? I just purchased 180,320,400,600,800,1000,1500 so should i use all of them or only up to 400???

89rs there is no "set in stone" way to do it, everyone has their own little tricks and secrets to it that are different for everyone..... of course using all the way to 2000 grit would be a little shinier but it might no be worth the extra 12 hours of work.....

yea ure right i gues ill just go up to 400 and see how it looks, if im not happy with it ill go to the next grit.

That is for use with polishing wheels. I bought the wheels and compounds from Eastwood but have yet to use them. For that method, I think all you do is sand 180, 320, 400, then buff with compounds.
