need tips on removing sticker

need tips on removing sticker

my car has a sticker on the back window that i want to remove. i havent tried goo gone yet but i dont think it'll work cuz the sticker's made of that metallic type material and not paper so i dont think the goo gone will disolve it. any tips?

Lighter fluid will usually do it.

Dosen't matter what the sticker itself is made of, it's the adhesive you've gotta deal with. Peel it off then remove the adhesive with lighter fluid, or a razor, or both.

3M adhesive remover, is the greatest product for that stuff I've used.

A steady hand and a razor blade should do it. I had the same kind of parking decal on my bumber. I used the razor blade to peel up a corner and I was able to peel the entire sticker off.
