5-Speed Swap

How much would a shop charge to swap out my 700R-4 for a 5-Speed. Any estimates will help

I would try the tech boards, or the transmission board for this one. I would actually be interested in finding out about how much it would cost too. I imagine a shop would probably charge around a grand just for labor.
