I remember that pic. I would like to have engine cover panels to hide the gaping holes in my engine bay. I think it is cool whenever the engine bay looks super neat and tidy.

yup, i'd say that is the engine i was talkin about. however, i do like the vette better, but i'd still love to have either. after my engine swap this summer, my bay looks like crap.....but the sbc 400 will get me over it. hehe

I like the idea of it. It looks cool and all, but I'm not too keen on the whole Valve cover cover thing. Everything on these newer cars is covered up. I'd rather see the engine, not covers covers and more covers!

Yeah, and just imagine having to take that C5's motor apart to work on it! I'd never get it back together!

I doubt you would have to work on that motor too much.

Thats the kind of lingenfelter they raced against a F-18 in motor Trend. The Vette wont he 1/4 mile with a 10.something.

Nope, that 'Vette most definitely is NOT in Norway..LOL I don't even wanna know how much it would be over here - but my guess would be in the $300K+ range.....

The pics are infact from last years FunFest in Effingham IL. It is the biggest Corvette show in the world, with 6000+ Vettes the last few years.

A few more pics from the show is HERE
