according to the site they make a direct bolt in kit to have vertical opening doors for........(drum roll).....Honda Civics!!!! and coming soon some models of Acura and Mitsubishis
But on the flip side, they do have experiance in the area and may be able to work something out for an Fbody

I would like to do that because thirdgen doors swing out like a barn door and often get dings in them because of that. It is not a good idea if you are tall because getting in and out would be kind of a chore.

Actually I feel it would make it easier to get in and out if your tall, because when I get in and out of a car my legs always have to get out of the door some how( kinda hard when your parked next to a car trying to swing your legs out) Im 6' 5".Originally posted by devianb

On most scissor door conversions, the doors do not come all the way up, especially doors that are kind of tall like thirdgens. The doors would have to lightened up quite a bit unless you put in a stronger pneumatic cylinder.Originally posted by 92Transam
