Hoods: Where to get them nice and cheap

Hey guys I got into an accident, read-ended some chick at maybe 5mph, just bought a new 3-row radiator for $135 (1-888-252-0333, Radiator doctor, ships anywhere in US for $9) and I'm looking for a new hood... now, the latch is screwed up, I pull the pop hood lever and it doesn't pop... assuming the cable is broken or popped off... the latch itself is bent to crap and I can't open up the hood... going to wait until I get all the parts to rip it open... but I want to find a nice cowl hood or any type of hood that will increase appearance and performance (under-hood heat)... if anyone knows a very cheap place to get fiberglass hoods (or if anyone has heard of a carbon-fiber hood for us 3rd gens... I would be more than greatful... Please tell me where to go, what to get for best performance... I don't want anything TOO HUGE, example: 11" Induction hood... nothing that enormous, but something that isn't stock, and helps performance a little **Thanks in advance**

The prices are there when you click on the product on the Hawk's Thirdgen Banner at the top......

Also if you meant my vented fenders on the drawing, they don't make them, they have to be custom made, i don't have them though......
