wheels that dont require spacers??
Hey i was just wondering what wheels there is besides the stock 3rd gen wheels that i could use without having to buy spacers...i want to buy some new wheels but the price alone for the wheels is gonna break me, let alone another 300 just for spacers...thanks
Alot of companies make wheels that will fit. Performance Wheel Outlet has some that will fit w/o spacers. So do most billet wheel manufacturers (American Racing, Budnik, Boyd, Etc). Do some searching on the net and call the manufacturers individually to see whats up. Thats what I did.

There are lots of wheels that will fit a thirdgen, but you have to know what you're looking for. Most of the stuff like TireRack, and so forth, have a limited selection for thirdgens, but if you go to the wheel manufacturers, you can find the stuff that will fit.
Keep in mind that the thirdgen shares a bolt pattern with the S-10 pickup, so there are other sources for wheels
Things to know:
Bolt pattern- 5x4.75
For an 8 inch wide rim, use a wheel with 4 inches of backspacing. This is the same as a stock front wheel. The stock 16x8 rims use slightly different backspacing front to rear, but using the same wheels all around only makes the rear track about 1/2" wider.
For a 9.5 inch wheel, the accepted backspacing is 5-1/2 inches. This is commonly regarded as the widest wheel you can fit on a thirdgen, but there are some people running 11" rims on the rear.
