What is everyone's plans for thier car?

I have a few ideas of my own, but I know some of you guys have some interesting ideas. I just want to know what plans you have for your car? I'm looking for some neat ideas to use.

there is no end to mods. however, in my budget, i plan to put headers, catback, polish/port plenum, & rebuild w/mild cam. i already have a half-polished plenum, K&N, polished taillights, muffler delete, white-faced guage overlays, new floor mats, 2-12" RF subs and pioneer amp. cant wait til i get my french trip paid off($2000), school (student loans-$50000 after 5 years) and money i owe my dad ($1,000). so in about 30 years or so......

fully built 350, either a single or twin turbo set up...not sure yet, a better racing seat and harness, about $2,300 more suspension, gunmetal paint job, 18" deep dish rims with the spokes powdercoated gunmetal, and a whole lot more. I need about $15,000 to finish my car O_o

Well my plan is 85% percent done converting my 91 T/A down to a 82 T/A and just this past year I already did a new exaust system, brakes, new seats ,cargo cover and a new trunk lock with a manual release old school 85' tail lights and a remodified nose and more fog lights and now some new rims are in the works and to follow up with a paint job and interior mods such as an E.Q. installed and mounted to the center console and a new hood too is standing by.

Well.....this spring...I'm going to hook up my MSD Ignition box....install my electronic exhaust cut out....paint the dog house of my car....and add a set of 1980-1981 Z28 louvers in my fenders....already on order and should be getting them in about 4 days...if I get enough money....a set of Amercain Racing Torque Thrust II 17X9.5's for the rear and a set of 17X8's in the front should do the trick...

Get my TPIS base, SLP runners, spare plenum, new injectors while Im there and the 52mm TB I just had delievered today on the car by March. After that I want to touch up the paint and add a cowl hood, throw on my Wonderbar, work out a few nagging problems and save, save, save for a crate engine or S/C for the L98 I have now....

As far as appearance goes, I'm done, except when I'm done with the engine and everything, get the car completely repainted. I want to get new carpetting, and get the other 2 speakers hooked up (only the ones in the dash are working now).

As far as performance, just get it to go as fast as I can with the stock 305 block.

These are my plans:
1. Get the LT1 Cam installed remove AIR hopefully next weekend.
2. SFC's and STB
3. Buy a 350 block, and to save a bunch of space, bore out to 355 and put a supercharger on it with EFI for gas milage. And 4" cowl.
4. Beef up the TH700R4 and install a 9.5" lock-up converter
5. New KYB Struts Shocks and Springs
6. Odds and ends on suspension.
7. Power windows / Locks
8. Z28 Grill and Aero wing.

Thats what I'm hoping can get done or mostly. The reason I can afford this is because I'm 16 with few bills (car, insurance, phone,) and the rest goes into my baby.

Honestly, I've saving for a 400 aftermarket block with a procharger. 9" with a built turbo 350 will be included at sometime.

Aiming for low 10's, high 9's.

We'll see if it happens. Doubtful, but hopefully.

Want to see 13's next summer, so far I have a best of 14.3. So I think this will easily do it....

SFC's
LCA's
Springs
Shocks
Struts
Panhard bar
Bushings
Torque Arm
Ported manifold
1.6 roller rockers
AFPR
3000 Torque Converter
Ignition
Injecters flow benched

Well my $5500 plans turned into $10200 plans and the car still isnt driveable. And none of that went into any kind of power adder like I wanted either.

IF I have any money left over from this hell I wanna do the following probably in this order too:

-Polish T-tops & taillights
-make all plastic in the car look nice
-Replace carpet on console & sail panels
-Fix saggy passenger door.
-New door & t-top locks, might as well do latches for door while I'm at it.
All the cheap stuff done...

-Stereo: head unit, front/rear speakers... anythings better than stock!
-Toying with the idea of a PC in the car.
-And finnaly the next big drain.. a new paint job Whole car needs it bad.

I never thought I'd put more than 5 grand in this car... let alone 10+.

I am planning on selling my car...'88 TC..and getting another fbody..I miss my TA. Too bad that idiot totalled her. But if I decide on keeping the TC I heard it isnt hard to put her in the 13's. So that may be an optional plan.

I too have a long to do list/wish list. Until I get a fairly stable job after I graduate college, I'm holding off on the big plans like an engine rebuild and a paint job.

My plans for the short run:

1. patch up the holes in my air dam
2. round driving lights
3. MSD distributor boots to use the 71' Ford 351C wires on my
engine.
4. put in power door locks - I already have the kit, just not
installed yet
5. try to remove the scratches in my hood from scraping 6 inches
of ice off.
6. get some sort of back cushion pads for my seats until I can
afford Sparcos. That 4 hour drive to Carbondale is brutal after
2 hours
7. Finding that coolant leak.
8. Basically, keeping it as simple, uncluttered, and clean as
possible. If there is a part I don't use, never used, or will
never use in the future - I will just get rid of it for the sake of
simplification.

If all goes well, I plan this:

Spring- LT1 Intake, 24lb injectors, Holley 52mm TB, Hooker Super Cop Headers (Jet Hot coated), high flow cat, electronic exhaust cutout.

Late Summer-Either paint the nose, or 3.27 or 3.42 gears.

Winter- Cam and rockers

Most immediately, I plan to install my SLP headers with a Hooker catback, limited slip, shift kit, TBI mods, SFC's, and some more detailing. Eventually, I'm thinking of: a TBI 350 swap (simple and cheap) a 383 (have the important parts) or an LT1/T56 swap, all depending on money and time. Then paint it and whatever else I think of and can afford... Not very original, I realize, but I do like the stock appearance of the car (mostly) and will probably do mostly mechanical mods. Although some full length SS type stripes - not like the 25th Anniversary cars, and a cowl induction hood could happen...

A set of 1980-1981 Z28 Fender Louvers, Hand Polished Plenum Extension, MSD-6A Ignition Box, and a McCord PowerPlate II for my exhuast cut out....without a doubt...I'll still be adding to my list! haha
