Ok, I pulled out my spare set and got some quick measurements. they are 5"5/8 in width, 2"7/8 in height and with a total depth of 3"1/4(this measurement is total depth from the farthest part of the portruding glass to hinge bracket). The body of the lamp is 2"1/4 in depth minus the glass and hinge bracket. Hope this helps.

Unfortunately the set on my car now were damaged towards the end of last years driving season. So the spare set will be installed on the car in the spring. Sorry. Hawks sells new ones.

Thanks alot Zedder, thats exactly what I wanted.
Bulldog, I am looking for some stock foglights myself, GMpartsdirect.com sells them for a lot cheaper than Hawks
fog lights 5974579 and 5974580 for 61.92 a piece.
It says housing/capsule, so I am not sure how complete they are.
I asked about the dimensions because I will look for some quality aftermarket ones with the same dimensions, and maybe less han $200+
Chris
edit: One second look the catagory is housing/capsule, but the description says lamp assembly, so I am still not sure how complete it is. If it included everything except the bulb and wire I would get it.

Thanks for the info...I was afraid I'd have to pay $100/piece for for lights. The only other place I had seen them was in Classic Chevy or something like that. I didn't even think about buying them from a GM direct supplier. I'll give them a call to verify what actually comes with each assembly.
