Is it possible to keep the A/C with that dash, I was wondering if the ducts would work.....

NOT the center ones, but the ones on the outside?? Could they work with the 3rd Gen system?

uh a few things to say

1) not bad
2) what's up with the pointless freaken driving where you just see where the car is going, that wastes half the video
3) love when the guy jumps in through the t-tops and starts a burnout
4) what's with the crappy *** ******* music that makes u want to hang yourself
5) take out the credits and you'll have a 5mb file!!!

6) how come i'm not in the video? oh wait i forgot i hate iroczone and i was banned from it hahaha

well obviously i wouldn't say something like that unless you guys were acting like a bunch of 12 year old rednecks, so.

that's cool, i never planned on coming back to the website anyway. and let's get serious for a second, the **** i posted was nothing compared to the **** other people posted. but anyways, this is a thread for this movie, let's not get into personal affairs.

i agree with these points..why lean towards IROCs. a thirdgen is a thirdgen, right? oh wait, n/m. the pointless driving i dont like. there should be more action instead of barn music. and the credits, **** THE CREDITS. ite im done. have a nice day.

did you get banned cuz u didnt own a 'IROC'? hahaa

Easy, you're the one that seems to keep carrying on like a 12 year old. Now you're doing it on thirdgen.org, which is an even more inappropriate place than our own forum. Take it to email or better yet, just drop it.

Well, let's see, HE was the one who said "..it's a video thread, let's stay on track..." so maybe people should stop bringing it up...?

I didn't care for the vid... there were a couple cool parts... but most of it was kinda boring and repetitive... no offense... I did love the jumping through the t-tops thing and starting the burnout, that was cool.... but there just wasn't enough action... lots of pointless driving around doing nothing, and the massive amounts of slow country music..... and what's up with 3 minutes of credits...?

Um...the really active parts were great, but the aimless cruising to country just put a thorn in my paw... If you got rid of the boring cruising and just left the burnouts and flash photos it would be much better..IMO of course. Other then that good show!

Same as everyone else said, lose the counrty music, boring driving, and credits and it'll kick ***, but since you have those it's just good.

I liked the part with the camera on the side of the black car (was it yours) and you could see the reflections off it

Yes that was mine. thanx for the input guys, it was our first reall attempt at video editing/makign a real move (not justa a single clip liek i have posted on here before), figured the slower country music contrasted with the metal. But alas, we will try soemthign different in the sequal......

I thought the video was pretty cool. I especially liked the part where the guy jumps in and does a burnout....all to the theme of smokey and the bandit. Too cool.

The driving scenes weren't too bad. Helped me get an idea what it looks like to ride in an fbody with 50-60 percent more engine than mine.

I think the change in music was a bit refreshing, except for the very last song....put me to sleep

Great job on the video and awsome cars fellas!

as far as all of the comments now it was all irocs...its is the iroczone.com video, not the thirgen.org video. if our members had other stuff it would have been put in. for example the 2 montes and the impalla.

also this was all filmed and put together in the winter, so many of the northerners couldnt film driving sequences. a few of the nastiest cars on the site are put away for the winter. we are also working on sevral iroczone.com meets to get lot of cars together.

Did Smokey and the Bandit have T-Tops? How about in the next video show a guy jumping in his car without them. Now thats X-Treme. Kind of like a Nascar thing but way faster ok.

well the cars in the video are "iroczone" members cars, all those that participated and sent in material are in the film. we tryed to encourage everyone to get something in there even if it was just a pic. i like the video, some of the country driving got repetative, but i think the stuff i did for the video is as crazy as i want to get, not gonna risk my life or other peoples.

Nice video.

Constructive criticism?

Yeah, the first person driving view was cool at first, but way too long....again and again. WAY to slow on the credits. I'm a fan of Heavy metal, but the change-up was cool. Was that "reflection" scene yours customX? THAT...was awesome!!! You shoulda had cars driving by in the reflection, that woulda been sweet!

Pretty cool.

{edit}....ok, that was you....just read the post.

I really liked the video, and I liked the music, too. I like all sorts of music from Rock/metal/punk to country to big band (I'm a big band fan, man) so it was good to me.

ya, that was quite the risky shot, havign the camera strapped to the side mirror.....

Have a rig setup now to have it mounted behind the passenger rear tire that i can swivel 360 for say a chase camera or side by side shot etc....

well that was me jumping in the roc. Glad u all liked it.....

The reason for the cruizing is because no one would send us video. We had very slim pickens. So the cruizing was more of a filler than anything...

Its hard to please everyone with music everyone likes something different. And im sorry but if the whole video would of been heavy it would of been complete crap. Its called transition, you have to slow down the pace and then hit them with something heavy.

If you dont like the video thats fine go make a better one... That is all

I will try and give my Constructive criticism since you posted that you had slim pickings...

I thought it was quite well. 7/10

1. I tend to like the sound engines and tires more then I do music on videos like these, so when you have good nosies like that, tone the music down a bit more.

2. I dislike pictures in videos, but they tend to appear, the flashing of them at the beg. of kick start my heart was great place for them, and very perfect timing with the music, good job!!

3. Jumping in t-tops and that whole theme you went with was quite well as that was basically that whole movie.

4. Definitely a new/different/neat idea on the camera beside the beautiful black paint while driving. To make that better, have waterfall, or some better scenery.

Thats about it.
