can i put 4th gen lights on a 3rd gen

i have a 84 firebird and i was wonder can i put 4th gen firebird or trans am lights on it

I never thought of that, but I don't think you can without a lot of modifications.

headlights or tailights the tailights i think wouldnt be bad it would be the heads that would be a pain the tails would look good though

From: Moved... GA still, more garage space!

Car: 87 Red/Blk Bird loaded 3.4L & 700R4

Transmission: Th700R4

Axle/Gears: 3.73

I would need to know what lights, but the 4th gen rears are more rounded & the lights shaped different. It would requre definate modification of the body. Now if some one comes up with a way to swap the bumpers, it would be more possible.

The headlights, actual lamps, I don't know what sizes they are. The headlight door are definately different though. Maybe the side marker lights...

Sorry, but i think it would be a difficult swap...
