I would like to put some corvette rims on my 87 TA. I know there was a year where the corvettes had a black rim that looked nice so possibly that style. I have stock rims on now. How wide of a rim and tire size can i use. I have heard it is possible to put 17x11's on the rear but havn't heard anything else. I know there is no way 11 in wide will fit on the front because I wont be able to turn. Also I dont want the rim sticking out so much, so how do spacers work.

the firehawk used 9.5 in the front and i've seen people fit up to 10.5 without major body modification.

and for the record you don't want to use spacers...........use adapters.
