How do you shrink a picture with Photoshop???

How do i shrink a picture with photoshop, they all keep coming out too large

if you have a photo editing program, just open the picture in that program and scroll accross the menus at the top of the page and look for an 'image size' option and then resize it to whatever size you want. Or another way to do it is in Paint, but you may not get the ratio the same therfore stretching or making your pic stubby.

i had a member make it for me. berlinetta85 made mine. best thing to do is find a thread where sig's are being made and then ask someone to do it for you.
