Static bar? what the heck?
Static bar? what the heck?
i saw this car from Canada a wile ago and noticed that it had 2 pieces of metal attached to the rear end and hanging down so that it appeared to be touching the ground. after a wile of trying to figure out what it was i walked up to the guy and asked him. he said that when going down the road it touches the ground and releases the static from the car, thus... keeping the exterior cleaner. he then told me that he had driven clear from Canada to colorado and hadnt washed his car once durring then, and his car was extremely clean! i was wondering if anyone else had heard of these and do they really work? if so where can i get a set?

I've seen them. They were very common over here about 10-15 years ago, but at that time they were supposed to help for motion sickness.......go figure..

all they do is attach to the rear end and hang below the car, with gfx it shouldn't show up to much, you might be able to attach them to the front, then nobody would see them. anyone know where to get some and if they really do work?
