big Z28 light... and headlight covers

i was at a swap meet over the summer and got a few parts for my camaro, that i still havent put on yet..

I got a set of tailight blackouts for $30 and they came with a kind of big red light that says Z28.. the people i bought it from had either an 82 or 83 z28 blown drag car there. they said they had it on there for a while but decided to lose the weight.

they told me the sign goes between the 2 tailights, over the liscense plate, (for off road use only, duh.) but to put it there u have to take the black pieces of the tailights (between the license plate and the reverse lights) off. i thought it was kinda cool cuz i never saw one before.

i was trying to thinkof some nice places to put it.. my best spot so far is the passenger side dash where the camaro emblem goes... my car is only a 3.1 RS but what the hell, im gonna have an Iroc sooner or later i already have a Z28 Iroc-Z badge there now and used to have a Z28 5.0 liter H.O. haha can anyone help me find a spot for it? when i get a digital cam i can take a pic of it if needed...

one more thing i got from a different character was clear headlight covers the guy said he took them off his Iroc after some drunk guy wrecked into the back of it and shoved it through his garage, i guess something big fell on it and smashed it pretty good, ouch. i thought they looked kind of odd shaped, but they were like $5 so why not after i got home i was playing around with them to see how they would look, they dont fit at all... i have no idea what they goto. it has some mounting pieces, 2 decals that say chevy and a little spool type thing of a white pinstriping.. any suggestions on what ya think that might goto?

any help on anything would be appreciated, thanks...
-Steve
