GTA rims - crosslace centers - paint?
I'm refinishing my GTA rims and polishing the aluminum to an almost chrome like finish. I have the crosslace wheels with the gold centers. I'm wondering if I should repaint the centers or try cleaning them up? I'm thinking that trying to meticulously clean every single nook and cranny would take years. Should I attempt this or is it better to paint them? If I paint them is it going to work or will it chip off since they were originally powdercoated?

I think it might be too much black.. I'm sending my car in to get a fresh dust of paint this spring (all black) and I think I'll tint the windows (black). Black wheels would be a bit much don't you think?

I don't think they were powder coated originally, unless paint remover takes off powder coat.
