Im doing my rims tonight and after i cleaned them then sprayed them with stripper the shiny stuff still remained. is this how its supposed to work? can i start sanding now? i wanna do this right i even tried twice on one rim with the clear coat stripper but its still got the shiny look. any help here. id like to get a start sanding tonite yet so any help is appreciated
