Anyone like this idea?

I want to do something with chameleon ghost flames, can you get custom chameleon that goes the colors you want? I want to do metallic black, with flames that turn black and bright red, and mabey orange too... Any ideas how much it would cost? Does anyone do photo shop to see how that would look on my car?
Dangit, it wont post my pic...
Thanks

Those rims actually came on some mid 80's Monte Carlo's, and a few s10 Blazers.

thats also possible..but they are the "honeycomb" style that the old transams had...(smokey and the bandit)

i think they came in 15 inch only though..but i could be wrong

I think IROC57TPI was right about the wheels. I've seen them on Blazers. They are not second gen TA honeycombs. Honeycombs look like this:

Can you select the colors you want? I have a friend with a purple jeep that his changes purple, orange, and yellow or something... its pretty ugly, but the flames are cool

ratdude...you get the color change effect using pearl paint. What shades it turns depends on if you tint it or not, and if so, what color tint over what color paint. I wanted real subtle flames on mine, nothing "in your face". We went with a red tinted pearl on top of red paint. From straight on, in direct light, you don't see anything at all. Depending on what angle you look at it, and how the light hits it, the flames turn purple, blue, pink, all sorts of colors. If I'd have gone with clear pearl, or white or blue, the colors would be different. Find a good paint guy, he'll know how it'll turn out. If you're not sure where to start, some of the best custom guys can be found doing bikes. Find a shop that does custom paint on bikes and I guarantee they'll know all about ghost flames.

LOL!! As for the rims. From the factory they were only used on the Monte Carlos. Now someone may have put them on some Blazers, and maybe a T/A or two, but they are Mid 80's Monte Carlos "Checkered flag" rims. The Mexican Monte SS's and the Sport Coupe's.
