MAKE SURE YOU WASH THE CAR VERY GOOD BEFORE YOU GIVE IT TO THEM.....ALSO go out and get a scotch bright red scuff pad...go to an autoparts or autobody store and scuff the entire car very well...prep work is where it is at. Their paint will stick for ALOT longer if you make sure the car is scuffed entirely dull before you bring it there.

they charging me 600 bucks on the paint including new color. what they told me that they going to machine sand and also hand sand my original paint down to where it will stick and reprimer my car and then 2 coats of paint and then 2 coats of clear. They getting out some of the minor dings i have on my doors. they also have to put a layer of fiberglass on my spoiler since its cracking. they have to do some extra sanding on my roof because it started to rust so they said that they gonna sand down to the metal. they be using urethane paint and a 6 year warrenty. they will also oven baked my car. i think its a badazz price with all the work that has to be done on my car. then again i don't know taht much about paint and body work.

i think blues with grey-silver gfx look amazing, plus they are a little more uncommon, but red or black are always bad ***

I'm glad you could find a place that ask such a low price. I would just like to remind everyone that paint is like engines componants. The higher the price, the best quality. Like any mechanics shops, you can't garanty (sp?) if the work will be done properly but the garage has a reputation to keep. As for preping the car before giving it to the shop, I'd say that if you have to do that, don't bring your car there. Paint is very expensive, which most ppl don't seem to understand and if you have to prep your car and pay 700 bucks to get it paint after, I would worry very much. If you trust the guys there I say go ahead and I hope you find a good paint you will like.. post pics after
