Windshield Washer nozzle adjust?

First off sorry if this is the wrong forum, but it seems to make the most sence. Has anyone tried to adjust their windshield washer nozzles? Can it be done? I just had to replace my washer pump with an aftermarket one, and now the water is going over the roof...not to good for window washing..
