GTA rims fit on my TA w/no probs right?
I hope to buy a set of gold crosslace 16x8" rims for my TA. I was just wondering if they bolt up w/o any problems. I am pretty sure they do, but i wanted to make sure. I didn't find much at all w/a search.
Also, let me know what you think of those rims on my car. You think it will look better than those 15x7" i have on there now?

They are a factory rim so they will fit without an issue. So long as you haven't done any mods that would alter the spindle, or rear axel.
I didn't need any spacers for mine, so I think its safe to assume that you won't either. Be sure to ask for a written statement that says the rims are straight and true. Jeffery Morin sold them to me as "cosmetic damage" only. BS, the one rim is so bent it can't be used! And they were so crusty on the inside that the installers had to buff the inside rim out to mount it.
I bought a replacement set in January and one of the rims turned out to be bent at the hub. Can't fix it, and I'm SOL. So now I'm on a hunt for a single front GTA rim. Much harder than finding a full set of rims.

i know the guy personally and i have his word that they are in good condition with little curb rash on one rim. he wants $300 + shipping so i think i'll buy them.

HUGE difference over the regular 15" firebird rims. You won't find a better looking factory rim for a TA or GTA.

Spacers only on iron drum rears, but they really aren't required for the wheels to fit.

Well Joshp14,
Since you already have the 15" rims, which have the same offset and backspacing all around - you will probably need the rear spacer for the 16mm offset rear GTA rims.
Of course if you manage to get 4 0mm front GTA rims like I did, you won't need to worry about a spacer for the rear.
The rear rims will fit without a spacer, but your rear track will be slightly narrower than the front. I don't think you want that. Well, put the rims on. If the rear track looks narrow, add the spacers, if not then don't add them.
