"Bad Luck" Or "BS"...

If its not my door ... its mine car being vandalized and if its not that then its my rear gas-shocks! Well, one of my shocks that holds up the rear hatch exploded and hydraulic oil shot all over the rear of my interior...Now im pissed and here goes some more money in to my Camaro... Now the damn thing reminds me of that thing that's yellow and eats money "you know!" you put money on its hand and and eats it and after its done it rolls its eyes and sticks out his toung" im ether going to get new shocks, or new wing but im not looking at spending a s*it load of money
does anyone know what shocks where made for a 87 GTA hatch with the wing?

I think the rear hatch shocks are the same on all of the cars. I replacecd mine about 3 years ago with whatever the book said under 'Firebird/TransAm' They worked fine.

Not all shocks are the same, some are stronger to accomodate for a rear spoiler and such. Just go to a parts store and look it up, most of them have a book there that you just look it up in and get the right ones.

Well, they always say bad things come in threes. Don't know what to tell you. None of that has ever happened to me, so I can't really sympathized with you.

I do hate it when you have something nice and then something happens to it. Sometimes it makes you question why you worked so hard it on it in the first place. When you fix it - then you remember what it was all about in the first place.

When you get your door fixed you might wanna think about a different color for your car. Just a suggestion.

It's okay man, in a few months, that'll be 3 things that are in better shape & won't need to be fixed anymore.

When dumb crap happens to my car, I just think about how it'll be better than new when I replace it.
