When is the right time to use a clay bar?
My car has had a recent paintjob, I've probably only washed it less then 10 times, and I've waxed it with Formula 113 once. When is the right time to use the claybar? I have this itch to use it after I tried it on another of our cars, but I'm thinking the Camaro doesn't really need it. Do I just feel the car and if it feels kinda rough, have at it with the bar? I mean, I can't HURT it using the claybar when it doesn't need it that bad... right?!?!?

it does not do anything to the paint as far as scratching and such, it is a VERY reliable product. It bringsd out the dirt and oxidatoin that might be lying on your paint. Do it, it will not hurt your paint, and after your done, feel the smooooth
i started out right..... i began claybarring mine with the first coat of wax i put on the new paint. needless to say there wasnt much for it to get except behind the tires and on the back bumper.
