Hey everyone, I was thinking of doing the T56 manual tranny conversion into my car. I was wondering if they made any 6-speed shift pattern replacements for the stock 5-speed shift pattern on the 3rd gen firebird manual shift plate? I know they make one for the Camaro somewhere, but those look simpler, and just need a sticker. Thanks.

 

I was going to make my own. In fact, the other day, I removed the plastic piece with pattern on it and was just going to find another peice of clear plastic the same thicknes and size it up to be the same. Then I was going to a local place that makes stickers and see if they can make a black overlay with pattern and number punched out. Low and behold, I made the mistake of browsing the classifieds on cz28.com and I found a 4th gen console CHEAP. So I may still do it, but I'm not set on using that console anymore.
