I heard about using Diluted Vinegar to eliminate water spots

using diluted white vinegar to remove water spots on paint after washing..is this safe??? i heard more then one person tell me about this.

Go buy a paint cleaner, like Meguiars Step One paint cleaner.

When you apply that stuff, and wipe it off, your rag will squeek because your paint is so clean.

will the paint cleaner take my wax off?? thats what i dont want. i get the sneaky water that hides under my louvers and sideview mirrors then dries, then drips out after ive used my chamois and drive down the road especially if its hot out.
