rims fitting question

anyone know if 4th gen camaro rims will work on a third gen(85) camaro? it says they are for 93-97 camaros.

They will need spacers, do a search, you will find all the info needed, some people get really annoyed when asking questions covered. Welcome to TGO:lala:

well, if I get a 4th gen rearend, would this offset it and make it the same length?

fine, was just asking real quick because there's an ebay auction ending soon for these and I like the look, and was thinking about getting a 4th gen readend anyway. I kinda posted too quick. Hate when that happens.

thanks. I know the 4th gen rearend bolts up into the 3rd gen body and the ends stick out 2 more inches. One thing I didn't realise was the rim center spacing so maybe they won't stick out like I though.

With a 4th gen rear, the 4th gen wheels will bolt up. You will need spacers on the front wheels to get them to work.

Well, it can be done, but it is a lot of work and money.
Spacers make it a simple bolt on procedure to add the 4th gen wheels.

yea, but is it as strong? Does it make the car oversteer/understeer?
