found 85 mph indiglo gauges for my camaro but my stupid speed gauge has mph on one side and kph on the other is there anything i could do to change this that would be simple?

oh and do u think it would look really stupid if all but the speed gauge was indiglo? (any ideas?????)
i no i no this has been up so much times but trust me i did a search, found lots of people that say they r gunna make them but never did it
