not 2 but 3 times she hit me! and on the third one she just kept pushing me into the middle of the intersectiong . lol ya that is what i thought, i really did think someone was trying to kill me i mean who the hell keeps smashing a car after hitting it once.

 

This kind of thing just ****es me off! Ignorant, inconsiderate people who don't know/care how to drive should be taken off the road at ANY age. And even if you get fair compensation for the car, there's no replacing the time you put into it.
I really hope this all works out the best it possibly can for you.
BTW, I know someone who pulled out in front of a MINT '57 Chevy showcar, totalled both cars, that one was not resolved for several years, but the guy got a d@mn good settlement.
You were not at fault - go get her in court if you have to. But get what you deserve.

 

This reminds me of an accident I had a few years ago I was driving a 83 F-150 at the time a huge blue and white two tone with a cap and towing mirrors I backed straight out of a parking spot in a strip mall to pull closer to a friends car who was 3 spots down. A Jeep cheeroke about 5 or 6 spots down backed out rear bumper twards me. I stopped for a second to roll down my window and when I looked up the jeep was right on me in reverse, I tried to pull forward but it just kept comming and hit me in reverse from 5 cars down and didn't stop till I had moved a good foot or so (my freind who was watching told me he didn't see brake lights untill 2 or 3 seconds after she had already hit me!). I pulled off the jeep and out comes this old lady with coke bottle glasses! And she starts yelling at me about how I cracked her bumper cover (meanwhile the whole side of my bed is caved in like 8inches) and she says shes gonna call the cops! I told her to go right ahead..... 30 minutes later and 3 witnesses on my side guess who the cop sided with. The cop told me I could probably sue her if I wanted but the truck was a piece of crap so I didn't bother.... I should have though. Probably the same lady lol.
