Breazlean, the initials AR on on the rim, which means AMERICAN RACING makes them.

Just go to websites and browse through all their rims.

if those are AR rims they are very old and almost certainly not available anymore. AR doesnt even use that type of logo. the second wheel on that blue camaro looks like a Fikse wheel. www.fikse.com
