Ordered mine today from slp(on sale for a great price)..

Asked about the frt spacers and was told they fit some cars and not others but no specifics..

Who has to use the spacers?

Who doesnt need the spacers?

Which model did u or did u not need the spacers on?

PS I hate spacers urrrggggg
and my rims will be used on all 3 cars depending on mood swings :-)

If you have 1LE brakes, then you don't need the spacers.
You will need spacers if you have the stock 10.5 disc brakes. Before I put on my 1LE brakes, I had to use the spacers and still had rubbing on the rim from the tie rod. I had to grind down the tie rod ends with a dremel.

 

I did not even put the front rims on w/o the spacers i knew i would need them. after i mounted them on, very little room between the tie rods and rim, but they still clear fine.

 

We put those rims on my friends 82 Trans Am. He has Baer brakes all around and we didn't use the spacers.

That was my best guess as to whoch used spacers and which didnt :-)

No spacers if im using them on the TTA ans spacers most likely on the Formie and GTA, or i could just get some Baer or 1LE conversions on there :-) Now only if i was made of money
