No, they're just standard RS taillights. He blacked out the turn signals though because amber lenses suck.

And yeah, that's definitely one of the best looking Camaros here.

 

you really made a beautiful car look better. I've got a '89 rs 'vert with 17'' billet specialties rims and matching steering wheel. Your car blew me right out of the water.

I started the project after i have seen your car while i was surfing the web a year ago . Seeing the pictures of your car, and especially the stance of it, re-activated my almost forgotten dream abou having a thirdgen camaro ragtop. Today, i compare the pic's and i cannot say which one looks better for me...

 

sorry grabiod too poor to own digital camera .the 89 rs is blue(that BRIGHT! BLUE)with 87xxx miles .it could use paint refreshening and new carpet but other than that everything looks and works great.they will pry this car from my cold dead fingers. my stepson has a very nice 91Z28 that we just put afresh 5.7 in along with some gorealfast goodies.we are both hardcore thirdgenners!! thanks for replying!
