track times

12.894 @ 107

that is without the traction bars so i hope to gain around another tenth or so.

i was very impressed with the outcome

what size lowering and what size wheels are those. Those front ones fit into the fenderwell perfect. that is how a lowered thirdgen should look.

it's the hotchkis kit. i believe it is 1 1/4" on the front and 1 " on the back. wheels are weld 15 by 8 in the back and the same in the front. the car sits very nice. i love the way it turned out. now i have a set of sfc's and a front end rebuild kit. that should be it for the suspension. my bro saw me take off from a life and said that my front end raised up a little. that is all the assurence(sp?) i need that my traction issues are gone. of course the teanny helps that a little.

next i plan on an rpm airgap intake and im not sure if i am going to change the carb?? should I?? im not sure i want to deal with the tuning of a 750. although it has room for growth it may be one of those things that are not practical for a daily driver. oh well ill have to live with my setup for a while! im not complaining

That second picture makes your car look TOUGH as all h@ll!!!! I'm not usually one for a car on 15's, but that combo looks cool.

You running 12s with the stock 330hp GM crate??? The cam is SMALL in that motor. Get those vortec heads worked over and a new cam and who knows what your run.

i couldn't believe it either but nothing in my drivetrain is stock except the driveshaft. this car is crazy fast. when it was broke in my mechanic told me that this engine is a freak that it shouldn't be that fast. im not complaining comp xe274 cam and rpm intake and maybe a carb and hello mid to low 12's!

Hey Chefdan! Very nice, but I would cut your picture amount down to 3, or they will just be removed anyway by the Mods. New rules. Or if you have your own web page like say... www.cardomain.com then you can post all the pics in one thread and all will be fine. Just letting you know.
