I do not like the "box" type cowl hoods. I would like to see a hood the has more "body " to it. Make it wider. " WIDER IS BETTER".

I think it looks great. The "box" style is a perfect compliment to the Camaro body style.

It's a harwood, and it fits like ****. My cousin has a Cervini on his mustang and it fits beautifully, and is just a much higher quality hood in every way.

i think it looks great...a little wider than most cowl's, which is good

as for quality..should be awesome. i subscribe to MM&FF (yeah yeah i know, but i had a 2 year subscription...it runs out in Sept.) and they have alot of ads for body kits for rustangs from cervini auto designs...i know a couple people who've bought them and couldnt be happier

There's fibreglass for you... sometimes it comes out of the factory perfectly, sometimes not. Thats not bad craftsmanship, thats just the way fibreglass is. I've seen a few GM stock 'glass Z28 hoods that had a great fit (like mine) and some had a horrible fit.

Just gotta get lucky really.

I think it will look good on my car. I hope so anyways. Here is a picture of mine...I think 3'' will be perfect. 4'' would probably be hard for me to see over Im only like 5' 10''. I need the extra hood clearance bad. Im running a drop base now and my air cleaner still hits the hood.

In my case, it's bad craftsmanship. The top section of the hood sits about 3/4" too far back on the lower frame, so I had to modify the HELL out of the car just to get the fit the best I could.

I hope to see the hood monday. Tuesday at the latest. I just got back from vacation and my shocks and stuff came in. 16 hours behind the wheel of a 1995 mustang GT SUCKS. I hate driving let alone driving 1000 miles....6am to 10pm. Thank the lord for caffeine pills LOL.

Damn it does look good. Looks alot bigger in those pictures than the ones I posted to. The cowl is functional right? If so is it opened? Screened? Or slotted??

I can't wait to get it on and get it painted. I may go ahead and get a high rise z28 wing, and a set of 91-92 RS/Z28 gfx. Might go with all red instead of two tone also.

the cowl is functional and its screened/slotted in the back. like theres 2 large ovals in the back of the cowl that have screen to cover anything falling in.

sweet. I was pretty sure it was functional. Finally my car will be able to breath better with a flat base (instead of drop) and some fresh air.

I think im the only one in this thread that has seen all of the cars posted in person... how cool am I!!!!

Anyway... you want wider and smooth?... jongblowed. Fits camaro lines perfectly. gives you clearance, and a nice muscular look.

I called about the hood today and it is gonna be delivered Thursday. I hope it comes in good shape so I can put it on the car. Black hood will probably look better than my faded red hood. Bigal...if you saw my car at thirdgen nationals you know my hood is faded...bad. Turtle wax red wax does wonders tho. I haven't waxed it since TGN03 and its almost white now...and my hatch is white.

After the hood, z28 wing, and some 92 gfx it will be ready to paint. I hope to have her badass by TGN04
