GTA Rims?
I love the look of the black GTA rims, but I was wondering about the offset they give. The rims I have now have a perfect offset, but they are getting corroded and just don't look very pretty up close. =(
Anyway, they use 245/60/15 tires, how much different are the GTA's? I know they are 16's, not 15's, but I have no clue what the other numbers mean, hehe...

GTA offsets are 0mm for front and 16mm offset for rear. The cars with drums (non aluminum) came with like a 1/8th spacer for the rear. I always found that combo weird since the front offset was deeper than the rear (should be the other way around like on most normal rwd cars).
I just opted to get all front 0mm GTAs since my 15s were all 0mm offset and I did not have to use a spacer. Plus its nice being able to rotate the tires any direction I want instead of side to side.

Well I do thing the black GTA wheels make any of our cars look alot better. I will have to thank you for the info that the fronts will fit on all four corners, wish I would have known it sooner I would have a set of them now.

ok here are some pics, they are a little dirty but you get the idea.. they are in good shape for how old they are, you can see some marks on the aluminum that look like scratches, they are not scratches, but places were the clear coat is just messing up some.. You can rub your fingers over these spots and they are still perfectly smooth, I guess the clear coat just doesn't last, that's why I have seen people stripping it off of these rims..

I noticed on those GTA rims that there is a firebird emblem in the center, mine don't have that, it has a A.R.E. emblem which stands for american racing equipment.
