I spoke to Bruce Hawkins about it earlier in the week, and his fiberglass guy is about halfway finished making the mold. There have been a lot of delays, but its definitely a go. If you want to put in an order/deposit for one, call Bruce at 864-855-2694. There is a pic in one of the notchback threads in the last few months of the notch the mold is being made from on a Camaro; I'll see if I can find it and repost it. Redraif would reply herself, but with her new job (Chevy dealer service advisor) she doesn't have much online time anymore.

(Edit) Here's the link...lots of pictures, details about the GP, and a comparison to factory and other aftermarket notches:

where can you get the factory style notch? The one on hawks is the GTAUTO style and looks like shyat.

The actual factory notch is next to impossible to find (good luck), but the one we're reproducing through Hawks is about as close as you can get. See the link I posted above; the one we're going to be selling is shown. Its not exactly like factory (no line down the middle, the back window can be made removable, the large carriage bolts sticking through your hatch glass are retained, most GM spoilers fit with little or no modification), but honestly we like it better. BTW it uses factory struts, though I'd only use standard duty ones on it (not ones off of an Aerowing-equipped car). The link has lots of pics of various notches.
