Congrats. I picked up the magazine last night. My girlfriend looked at me a little strange when I pointed out the car and said, "I've talked to that guy online a few times".

What about the one piece head lights? What did those come off of? So much was left out of the magazine. I guess thats what happens when you are lucky enough to get a thirdgen in "First Gen Camaro Performers".

That is the sweetest 3rd Gen I have ever seen. I can't even imagine the amount of fabrication in that. I still don't know why people like the 4th Gen interior. I have the digital dash GTA interior and I would never change it (except for maybe the seats). Not to knock what you've done I think its awesome. That engine bay, WOW how did you manage that. Are those inner fenders cut from a 4th gen and just welded into the 3rd gens? Amazing.

he took the entire front end off a 4thgen.... know how our subframes are tack welded to the floopan? he cut thoes welds off, took the front off the car, did the same to a 4thgen, and put it in there.

so I could run all the 4th gen suspension and brakes.

old engine bay before we clipped it

after some custom firewall work

we kept the 3rd gen fender supports so the 3rd gen fenders would still bolt on.

Thats just awesome, the amount of detail amazing, I have never seen anyone paint flames (especially so tastefully) inside the engine bay, and then you cut it out, you have alot more vision than I. I know the LS1 swap doesn't require that level of fabrication so it must have been necessary to get the coil ocer front suspension from the 4th Gen in there. Wouldn't it have been easier to just take a 4th Gen and put the 3rd Gen body on it?
