I can get a 4th gen wheel and air bag does ne1 know if it will plug right into my wire for the old 1 and work?????? who would know

 

I am going to go with no. Airbags have come a long way in the last ten years and they are constalty changing and becoming safer. Todays airbags deploy a lot less violently than our old systems not to mention as to when they actually deploy. Because of the drastic differences I would doubt that it would plug right in. Even if it did I bet it would not even work.

 

i would NOT try that.... kinda dangerous.


part of the reason why its technicly illegal to swap wheels with a airbag equipped car.

 

but i was thinkin the differences would be in the air bag cause im sure the wire just triggers it.
