Finally got her painted a few months ago, haven't had a chance to post pictures until now.

Silver with black highlights. She's so ****ing hot now! I absolutely love it.

 

gorgeous car! yuck rims. It might be a good idea to have those things polished. Will improve the look of your car 200 %!

Honest opinion: The paint looks great, but those rims are TOTALLY stealing from the overall appearance of the car. Get them polished and it will look soooo much better! Awesome paint though!

I agree with tose guys on getting the rims cleaned up then it would look alot better. Ive always liked silver cars though, nice job.

 

hehe youre going to hate me in a second. I love your paint mainly because i have a 90 iroc in silver although yours looks kinda blue i think its just the camera/lighting. Anyways to my point i think silver camaros look 100 times better if you leave the headlight pockets the same colour as the rest of the car and dont paint them black. Thats just my opinion though. Heres a pic of what it looks like all silver on the front. Definitly a nice car though congrats on the new paint job.

I agree with those who think my rims suck. I do as well, I recently got some metal alloy wheel cleaner, sprayed it on, and they do look a lot better now than before. However, they're 16 years old so obviously a simple cleaner won't make them shine nice. I've read some other posts on thirdgen about cleaning/polishing your rims, I really don't have the experience or time right now to do it myself. I'm afraid to send them to some shop, because I don't know anyone that does good work or cares around here. (I'm in rochester, ny right now for college).

And doug, I'll have to disagree with you, I absolutely love the black on the louvers and in the headlight wells. It looks great to me. I've already gotten "nice car!" comments from hot women, so that settles that.

 

I love the silver, camaro87, and I agree the black suits the overall look quite well. There are some who have commented the black around my headlights doesn't bode well with the rest of my (red) car - but I think it contrasts well with the fog light panel below.

Sadly, no women have commented on my car. But then, they're probably too busy checking me out.

meh to each his own, i actually like the black pockets on pretty much every car except silver but im weird like that...besides soon my nose is going to have too many black accents as of next summer anyways so it wouldnt look right. I'm glad your happy with it because thats all that matters and your roc looks really nice
