For some reason I think I am cursed with this T/A! Its spends most of its time in the shop. Today the guys that are painting our house backed into the rear quarter panel of the T/A. I got down all the info of the guy who did it and went and got an estimate. Its going to need to be repainted on the driver side of the car and cost $1500 to repair or replace things plus the paint. That sucks because part of my car will look nice, with fresh new paint and the other with fading factory paint!
It was just in the shop for a week after it was broken into about a month ago. It has spent a total of almost 3mo. in the shop from start to where i am now. That inclued getting the engine done, the computer chip/timing, and exhaust (they orderd the wrong muffler on a friday and already had my exhaust off and broken). Oh well i guess, its still not enough to make me give up on her! Sorry for the long post.

 

my car got smacked in the right quarter panel by some old dude. my estimate was $2600. the old man payed up. it is almost impossible get gm parts for these cars. good luck. i hope everything works out for you.
