Hey guys,

Got my new 6" hood from G&T. Getting it painted in a few weeks. I had there smaller one on there and sold that to a guy in town. My ?? is I think the car on there site (the blue one with yellow stripes) www.gtautoacc.net/Jongbloedaero.html looks sweet. I am thinking of that same paint. What do you think???

 

i like the smaller one, but man, that 6" one is one big goofy looking hood. oh, and i say go all one color. those stripes look outta place imho.

 

lets see some pics of the new 6" hood. i have seen the small one but not one thats 6"

 

The blue one with yellow stripes i think is from the 80's! Or early 90's. lol I don't think it looks good but hey, its not my car. Anyway, i do think it has the 5" Iroc spoiler on it too, or no? The combo looks pretty good, but with different paint.

 

Sorry no pictures of the 6" on my car. I just did a test fit then put it back in the box so it would not get screwed up before I get it to the body shop. It looks good on the car. there are some pictures on there site but the hood is primmer and the car is black. www.gtautoacc.net The hood does not look as big as some of the 6" hoods. I think it is because it is wider then most. It is the same size as the slight hump in our factory hoods but 6" taller in the back. Still not sure of the paint yet

 

im not crazy about the hood itself but the paint i actually like! it is different & different is good IMO.it looks good how he has the rims to match the stripes..

i say go for it! atleast it isnt something that you see everyday on the streets.its your car & you have to live with the paint but i like it!!
