I've been looking for a windshield banner liike the one below anybody know where i could get one somewhat like it?????

Have you tried www.autografix.com yet? You can order any of the fourthgen style banners (which is what you're looking for) and have it custom made for a thirdgen.
Also try Phoenix Graphics, not sure of their website but search and you'll find it.
