i bought it from a guy i work with for parts. But so far in parts, i messed the gauge cluster up, which i needed for my 91. Im about to take the exhaust off and put it on the 91, and im taking the egr valve, and the grill for the 91

hood and hatch supports and all is good. the car still kinda drives..barely..Frame looks to be straight though, just the a arm mounts messed up.

 

Oh well it was just a square front ended Third gen no lose......

ya there everywhere till u start looking for one, then u cant find one. This car used to be a nice car back in june, then the tranny went, which was right after the motor had been rebuilt, then his daughter waxed it and didnt get all the wax off so it baked and faded. Then in july he wrecked it. Car has rust though, which is odd to see around here. I havent yet owned one with any rust except this one now. Oh well none of my parts i need are rusty. I looked at it tonight closely and looks like all it needs is a serious alignment and tie rods and a idler arm

 

around here the 82-90's are all over the junk yard's.

It's the 91's & 92's vetteish front end i can't find .

I rarely see them aroun towm and only seen one in a junk yard in 3 year's of looking.

mines cracked and i need a new one....

oh and for what actually happened in the wreck. His tire locked caught a trucks tire which pulled him into it, he locked up the brakes and slid into another car on the passanger side. all of this was at 55mph+

lol thats crazy ss85. im gonna keep the motor to put in the 91, take the interior out for the 91, and the rims are going on the 91 next weekend. thats about it for parts most of it is damaged.

 

Uhhh, have you looked at that left front wheel? It looks a little fubarred.

Plus, now you've opened up this thread to "Man, those wheels are ugly on a Camaro" comments. I think that's what Mark was hinting at.

 

ya i got 1 new wheel. And i know they arent the greatest looking rims but i like them better than the z28 rims i have on the 91.

Well you at least made it look very very Sweet dude.

I got a 91GTA with the vented fender's Ramair2 hood and the notch back hatch.
But i did swappin the fireBird tail light's cause i think they look better well brighter anyway.....

I'm trying to con my buddy knightRider350 into heading up north with me just alittle 400 mile trip no biggie.... to take some pic's of it..... trust me tho it's sweet.

it's got a dual duce injected 406TBi it's going to rip some nice run's hoping mid 12's evey one say's it should go mid to low 11's but I'll just assume mid 12's cause you know third gen's and traction once you get some power

the one dude showed me was for a camaro is was going more for the factory one but i'm told it don't have the center line in them whitch is ok.
