To paint the frame or not to paint
I have an 88 Camaro Convertible. Because of this I do not have the underside of the convertible top that covers up the convertible frame. Right now it is black. However, here is what I am thinking. Should I have the interior shop design a cover in there like what is available in the 89+ convertibles or should I just have that repainted as well? And if I have it repainted, should I have it painted the body color or just go back to gloss black. By the way the car is either going to be kandy brandywine or boyd coddington red. The top is black.
Any opinions?

To the paint response what color? Body color or black?
To the chrome I kind of actually thought about that. The cost would be upwards of $2k, and would look kind of tacky with it up. The Engine will have plenty of chrome.
