Not real for sure what board to post on, so sorry if this is wrong. Anyways, I found me a 1990 Formula Firebird, it seems to be in pretty good shape, paint is good, del91_305 drove it he says it feels real strong, has slight exhaust leak, and the tranny has 189,000 miles on it and it is slipping a little bit. Oh yeah a couple other thing, the speedo does not work, check engine light is staying on, due to the temp gague not working i think, and the infl. restraint light is staying on. The guy is asking $2000.00 for it do u think it would be reasonable for me to offer the guy around $1000.00 considering all that seems to be wrong with it. Sorry so long, thanks for any help.

 

what motor was in it? LO3?

 

2000 is way too much with all those problems, and if the guys says that they will be easy to fix tell him to fix them then. 1000 sounds better,
