3rd Gen wheel interchanges

I've got a 91 Firebird Formula with the standard 16x8 wheel and 4 wheel disc brakes. A guy I know has a set of Centerlines on his 85 Camaro that are 16x8 with a 3 3/4" backspacing on the front and 16x9.5 with a 4" backspacing on the rear. What has to be done to get these wheels to fit my Firebird? I'm worried about the front only and rear only wheel setups required for my 91.

These wheels also have BF Goodrich 225-50x16 Comp TA (VR4) tires on the front rims and the 275-50x16 size on the rear. They're in pretty good condition. Are these tires any good? Anyone have any experience with these tires? I'm also tryin gto get a feel for what these tires and wheels would be worth. in addition to what problems I'd run into if I picked them up from him. Ideas, anyone? Just looking for a ballpark guesstimate....

Have a Great Day!!!

Thats correct backspacing. All the thirdgens had the same backspacing with different offsets in the front and rear. So used wheels of a thirdgen will fit another unless they have put in a new rear end or something. I believe some second gens had the same as well, but not positive..
