American Racing Outlaw 2 Wheels

i want to replace my stock 15s with the american racing outlaw 2 wheels since my tires are new and i cnt keep the stockers polished very long. so will they fit?

wheel size 15x7
bolt pattern 5x4.75
Backspacing 3.70
offset -6 mm, .250 inches

also how do i get the back of the car to sit in what i call the "agressive" mode? i think lowering is for vettes and riced out cars and i want the muscle look. thanks if you can help.

Isn't the outlaw a truck wheel? If you want to get the muscle car look you should buy a diffrent car. I have yet to see a single third gen that looks good with its *** up in the air.

oh and i guess im just ******* since i think mudflaps are cool since they are functional, i love rear window louvers, and i think blackouts are the coolest thing i can do to my lights. somethings people have an open mind about and others are just close minded idiots i guess. someone could reply its ur car do what you want but instead i get rude comments like that all the time. oh well i guess im done now

There is nothing wrong with having function over form. Such as the mudflapps that look like crap but they do serve a purpose, same thing with louvers, look like crap but they do keep the sun and heat out. Blackouts are just cool ****, I got those on my car. Now jacking up the rear....what benifit does that have?

I like the look that has developed in this thread, Jacked-up rear, outlaw wheels, louvers, mud flaps, sounds like the average third gen where I live, just make sure the rear wheels stick out and some 18" glasspacks would be awesome!

22 lbs....

And I just put some of those rims on my car and they look awesome IMO. Who says they are a truck rim? According to the ARII catalog they show them on a muscle car. I got 15X8, 5-4 3/4 and I have no problems with them. They came with lugs and caps as well. Bought them direct from American racing. Here is the link:

The car looks good. You went completely opposite of what you said you were doing with it. You said you wanted to jack the rear end way up, but that looks like stock hight to me.

the jacked up rear was not cost effective. so i decided to just leave it. cant lower it either. ground clearance is an issue daily. im glad it looks the way it does. hickmobile? i think not!

its sad that people on here are like they are though. seems everytime you start a thread or something there is at least 2 or 3 people who have to get their negative opinions in even if they arent asked for. but i guess you will have that sort of thing everywhere.

cant we all just say nice things or nothing at all?

How much did the rims weigh without the tires?

here is a picture of my car with a more muscle car stance. though this was accomplished by having a larger rear tire. 275/60/15's on stocker wheels. the no gfx really makes it look like its up in the air. the stance is actually lower than stock though. it has v6 springs all the way around with a spring isolator delete on the back to lower it down on those big tires. some folks really hate the way this looks, but to me, it's the only stance there is.

oh, and by telling people to "look at me now, and go f*** your self", well that doesn't do anything but make people mad. you really didn't "own" anyone here, you just made yourself look like an ***.

I like the way the car looks without gfx also,
looks good either way in my opinion..
Your car looks tough with the fattys in the back
and white letter tires.

The other day I saw 3rd gen running without gfx and car
was lowered at least 2 inches had a very clean and
eye catching stance looked like it was glued to the road.

I was thinking about removing the gfx (86 z28)
and going for that look but I would have to get different bumper
covers and right now I have to fix other stuff first
but that 3rd gen really got my attention.

I answered this earlier...the 15X8's came in a box that was weighed in at 22 lbs. My guess would be 20-22 lbs each.
