Just ordered my new wheels.......

Well I ended up going with the following style.....

As far as the specs go? Well here they are, I know they are big, but for show, I like them.......

FRONT
19x8 w/ 245/40/19 tires

REAR
19x9.5 w/ 265/40/19 tires

Feel free to share opinions, comments, suggestions, etc.......

Not bad, I love wheels with a lip. About 150x improvement of your old ones. But I think a 275/40 in the back will be better fitting. 265 seems a little narrow for a 9.5 width wheel.

 :hail: VERY nice I like those alot, a million times better than current... maybee more. Would look cool if you incorporated a tiny amount of body color, like maybee painting the bolts on the lips teal.

A little too bling bling for my tastes, but they are a whole truckload better than what you had!

very nice, i like that overall design of wheel as well. however i don't particularly like the tire size choice as the front will be taller then stock which might give you issues on lowering as well as make the car have that larger rim/larger height issue.

i see why you might have done it as this route give you a taller sidewall for rim protection. just hope it turns out the way you like. i'd be nervous with those 19's though......hope you have good roads.

9.5 or 10 is plenty wide enough and way more then enough for his intended purpose. i'm assuming that they don't offer a 10 correct?

either way it should look good. you'll be really happing going 8's in the front, especially with your style. what offset or backspacing do you have on them?

well 265 is the right TIRE for the application so unless he wanted to look like he was straight out of a vintage hot rod magazine he should go to a larger rim to run a wider tire or do what he is intending. 275 would be ideal but then there would be another set of problems as well as the overall tire height would be even more off.

looks like hell running the wrong tires on the wrong rim widths...sometimes you have to make due.

Cool! I recommend 245/35/19 front and 275/30/19 rear, both with re-inforced sidewalls. Be sure to keep the load rating in mind when ordering. Taller sidewall will provide better comfort, but also throws the speedo off and raises the chances of rubbing issues when the car is lowered. When comparing 245 to 275, the front sidewall should always be 5 higher to make them look even. With the same size sidewalls, the fronts will look fatter than the rears. Nice wheels!

Those wheels are going to look good on your car, although I have never seen 19's on a 3rd gen.

I bought them from a local shop here in town......

The wheels are being shipped directly to ThirdgenResource via FedEx, so they'll be waiting for me on Saturday/Sunday

I'll post pictures that night

should have went 35 or 30 series on the front for sure... but other than that, sounds good... your old wheels were horrible.
