Those are OEM 97 Vette Coupe wheels. Not from the C5 vette, but base.

you can get them off of ebay for 2 to 300 bucks, sometimes even with tires. but you will have to spend a coupple more hundred bucks on adapters.

I paid $650 including shipping with nearly new Kumho Ecsta MX tires, 245 front/275 rear. I found them on www.camaroz28.com

I have a fourth gen rear so I only needed adapters on the front, they were $150 from www.skulte.com

I still need to bend the rear inner fender wells because if you take a sharp turn the tires deflect enough to rub.

I have a set of 91-92 gfx and hi-rise spoiler that I'll be putting on when I do body work and paint, hopefully this summer.

I don't know if I want to lower it, I already scrape with the trans xmember and there's less than an inch of fender gap.

DONT LOWER IT in my opinion, i love the look of that already. my car came with out the gfx and i love the look of them for some reason. its just different than a z28 or iroc. but once again thats my opinoin
