Paint my engine (what can be seen) black or cast?
I need to clean up my engine bay a littel bit more...and thought I'd start out painting my engine....what can be seen that is. Like my water pump, my heads, instake...stuff like that. What color should I go with? I have black a cast.....I think black would make all of the polished parts stand out alot...that's why I considered doing the heads and water pump black (intake cast)..what do you think?

I take it by cast you mean cast aluminum, not iron right? I think a gloss black/cast aluminum/polished aluminum combo looks the cleanest. Id say do the heads, the visible parts of the block, and the waterpump in gloss. Check out the engine in the link in my sig, its done with the black/aluminum look.
