OH, the Gm cars had their time in Taiwan.....they were very popular in 80s to 90s...but not any more, their quality can't compare with the Japanese car, so the people don't drive and buy them any more...I wish I can hold on the spirit of US car here, 3 of my cars are all GMs. (they did cost me alot on fixing )

The body kit have been mentioned many times in the thirdgen board, there are many poeple know it.

That's a bad picture of that kit, and it looks like the front GFX are missing. As mentioned, it is the Predator body kit. Do a search on that.

JCWhitley is the only one I know that sells it, its actually half decent as far as body kits go, theres a few members lurking around that have them.

Actually I think they just stoped exporting them and let the market slide. I wouldn't say that the japanese cars are better but that every maker has their goods and bads. I personally won't buy Japanese cars because I believe that if your domestic manufactures make everything you want, why go elsewhere. If they wanted the real top quality they would get german, but that is debateable. I've been all over the world, and there are many places that japanese cars just can't even break into the market. Like many rich arab countries and most of europe.

However, on the matter at hand. I think its looks kinda crapy. And those rims..yuck.

That's not what was asked.

It would appear that JC Whitney would be the most common online retailer to sell them, here's a link to the 85-90 Firebird kit, a link to the 91-92 Firebird kit, and a link to all kits.

I had that kit on my car for a few years. It's decent looking and holds up fairly well. Have a pro body shop put it on for you.....

That body kit makes it look like a ZR-1 corvette a little bit.
